The Drive to Inspire — Africa (DTI-A) Mentorship Programme plays an essential role in professional development across the continent. Utilising a structured one-on-one hybrid cross-border model, the programme bridges the gap between experienced professionals and emerging African talent.
We pair mentees with professionals who offer advice, support and constructive role modelling. We believe in the power of mentorship to guide and inspire the next generation. Through this program, mentees can connect with mentors who have excelled in their chosen fields and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and insights.
