Cerveau Initiative Supports Drive to Inspire — Africa Scholarship Programme for the 2026/2027 Academic Year

Accra, Ghana – [Monday, 17th November, 2025] – Drive to Inspire — Africa (DTI–A) is pleased to announce that the Cerveau Initiative, through its Sonne Scholarship Programme, has once again renewed its support for our scholarship programme for the 2026/2027 academic year.

This marks the second year of partnership between Cerveau Initiative and DTI–A, an ongoing collaboration that strengthens our shared commitment to expanding access to higher education for young people across the continent.

The renewed support will directly fund the DTI–A Scholarship Programme, which provides financial assistance to brilliant students from under-resourced backgrounds. The contribution will help cover key educational costs, including tuition, accommodation, laptops, and essential academic materials, ensuring that beneficiaries can pursue their studies without financial interruption.

For DTI–A, this partnership goes beyond funding. It represents a continued investment in the potential of young Africans who are determined to excel academically and contribute to their communities. By eliminating financial barriers, this support allows our students to pursue higher education while fully focusing on their academics, leadership development, and future aspirations.

We are grateful to the Cerveau Initiative for its belief in our mission and for choosing once again to uplift the next generation of leaders through education.

Together, we continue to champion opportunity, empower learners, and build a brighter future, one student at a time.

About Drive to Inspire Africa

DTI-A is a youth-focused organisation dedicated to empowering young people across the continent through mentorship, leadership development, scholarships, and career guidance. By providing financial and personal support, DTI–A helps students overcome barriers to education and prepares them to become leaders and changemakers in their communities.

Launched in 2024, the DTI–A Scholarship Programme is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering young women through education. The programme currently supports beneficiaries across multiple tertiary institutions in Ghana, providing comprehensive financial assistance that covers tuition fees, accommodation, books, laptops, and other essential academic expenses. The scholarship is designed to support students for the full duration of their studies, on the condition that they maintain good academic standing, ensuring both consistent progress and long-term success. Beyond financial aid, the programme also encourages personal growth and leadership development, equipping these students with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to become future leaders and change-makers in their communities.
